For this project, the Ulster County GOP contracted J.T.S. Design, Inc. to create a professional, clean Web site that would include an administration for maintaining all content and photos throughout the site. The Web site was set up with CMS Made Simple, a robust open-source content management system written in PHP, and integrated with a MySQL database. The Web site was set up to meet the W3C's standards for both XHTML and CSS compliance. The site has also been tested for meeting standards set for by the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
